Low carb is great... as long as I stick to the dietary restrictions, and exercise a little, the pounds just melt off!
Since most pre-made and convenience foods are high in refined carbohydrates, I had taken to cooking my own meals and snacks. I'm still relatively new to cooking and baking, and I never had home-ec in school, so I'm mostly just learning as I go, but also doing a lot of research. I especially appreciate the tips in the comments.
