    I'm a young Librarian from Brisbane, Australia - currently on leave trying a different career as mummy to my first child, son Eric (born April 6 2011)!

    I'm on a low-sodium (low salt) diet to help treat blood pressure, so I'm always looking for great recipe ideas with lots of flavour and not much salt - this is a great place to do it! I'm also in absolute LOVE with my slowcooker!
