Reviewed Irish Rosie's Irish Soda Bread

"I am giving this recipe 5 stars based on what our priest, Father Murphy, said. He is Irish and I made this for him for his birthday. He said that it was very good and just like the real thing in Ireland. I plan to make this for our family for st. pattys day."

Reviewed Ranch Stew Aka Cowboy Stew

"My recipe for Cowboy Stew is the same as yours except that mine calls for potatoes. The potatoes give the stew a gravy when they start to break down from being cooked. I don't think the recipe would be the same without the ranch beans and I add two cans when I need to strech the recipe. To give it an extra kick, I have used the ranch beans with ..."

    About Me

I love to cook! If it weren't for the dishes afterwards, I would cook a lot more. My husband would rather eat at home than go out to eat. (I am forever grateful to everyone who has shared their awesome recipes and made me look like a good cook!!) Laughing

When I am not cooking, I am raising our two young daughters, checking on the cows, and/or helping out on our farm. (The guys love to see what new treats I will bring out at harvest time.) If I can't find anything else to do, then I clean the house. JK!
