    Reviewed Salsa Fresca

"I agree with the other reviews, reduce the olive oil. I wish I would have read these before making the recipe. Mine had too much liquid, but it was very flavorful - just what I was looking for. I used it on beef & chicken tacos with a little sour cream and queso fresco last night and then as salsa with chips today. "

    Reviewed Chinese Chicken Salad

"Very flavorful! I highly recommend making it with the low sodium soy sauce though, I didn't and it was a little too salty. I wanted to try it with the fried ramen noodles but unfortunately I didn't have any available. Also, I used a rather large chicken breast and it took about 3 times longer to cook. I would recommend it if you are a fan of chine""
