    About Me

    I love trying all different types of cuisines. my favorites right now are indian, mexican, and japanese :) I'm currently a student so I try to find recipes that I can tweak in order to make smaller portions. I don't like eating the same thing more than once a week and I hate wasting food so this becomes a very creative process ( and not enough freezer space!)

    Favorite Foods

    I love indian! I could live off of Naan and eggplant bharta

    Vegetables: eggplant, Sweet potatoes, spaghetti squash, butternut squash, acorn squash, broccoli

    Fruit: mangoes, bananas, apples, cherries

    Other: oatmeal, salmon, scallops, peanut butter, anything coffee flavored, sticky toffee pudding, sushi

    Ice cream of the moment : mint chocolate chip
