    I have been cooking since 10 years of age....mostly self-taught by watching others, TV shows and reading. I like to do old-fashioned "slow foods" from scratch. Make bread in ABM; home made yogurt with a heating pad; fruit cobblers, pies and biscuits from scratch with Smart Balance Shortening. I am a career auditor (Mgr.) Cooking is my creative "fun".

    Favorite Foods

    Asian mostly Chinese and Vietnamese but good ole American foods too...plus other ethnic foods like French, Middle Eastern, Mexican and some African.

    I am famous for my Baked French Herbes de Provence Chicken and Roasted Potatoes and my Peach Cobblers.
