I'm a stay at home wife and home schooling mom to our children. The oldest attends high school out of state but I get the privledge to homeschool the three younger ones. I like to cook all types of food especially simple one dish meals. I have a variety of cookbooks including The Art of French Cooking by Julia Child, the 1963 printing of The Pilsbury Cookbook, a few Amish and Mennonite cookbooks and a few more. I recently downsized my collection and gave over 150 cookbooks away!
I am currently getting a homeschool coop started in my area since the nearest one is almost a 40 minute drive for us.
My favorite foods include hummus, bakalava, all Oriental foods, a good cup of coffee and desserts of all sorts.
I have a dish called tortelleni casserole that lots of people seem to enjoy when I make it.
I really don't have a favorite restaurant. I worked in a Greek restaurant so I learned to enjoy Greek and Mediteranean food. I just can't do Metabal and Baba Ganoush-I hate eggplants!!
