Reviewed Roasted Vegetable Meatloaf with Balsamic Glaze

"I have made this several times now. The only variation, I used leftover grilled veggies (squash, onions, mushrooms and peppers) I had in the freezer. I never "measure", but each time I have made this, it has been delish and has gotten rave reviews. No problem with slicing for meatloaf sammies the next day. The balsamic and ketchup glaze makes it.
