    I'm trying to convince my garden to grow vegetables, and occasionally succeeding.

    Favorite Foods

    I was raised an ovo-lacto vegetarian by my parents and married an omnivore so my cooking has changed over the years. I have come to enjoy cooking in animal fat and he's come to love most vegetarian staples. I love asian cuisines, particularly Korean food, but a hot spicy Indian curry is always welcome. I enjoy attempting to replicate food I eat in restaraunts and feel great accomplishment when my tastebuds recognise the flavours.
