    Reviewed Red Velvet Snowball Cake

"I first saw this recipe in Red Book magazine. It is DELICIOUS!!!! Flavors are exceptional throughout. Whatever you do, do not overbake the cake. The frosting is delicious, however....it is on the runny side. You will need to frost, apply the coconut, and get it into the fridge quickly or you will have a coconut slide to deal with. Store this cake, ..."

    Reviewed Pretzel Jello Salad

"Love this ;salad; for dessert. Came together very easily with little effort. Make very certain your cream cheese layer meets the pan very well on all four sides or the runny jello layer will seep down to the pretzel layer. Delicious and we ate every bite!"

    Reviewed Fish Tacos

"Made the recipe with a little less oil than stated, and greatly enjoyed it. I;ve actually made it twice now and made a fish-taco lover out of my husband. :) The quantity of sauce it makes is a little on the large side, but better to have more than not enough. Reviewed Simple Cucumbers and Onions

"My go-to recipe for cukes and onions. Started making these in 2009 and we LOVE it! I agree on making it ahead of time so the flavors can work their magic. Thanks for the simple recipe!"

    Reviewed Chocolate Covered Saltine Crackers

"Divine! So easy! Addicting! I love that this is a quick, kid friendly dessert for my egg-allergic son. We make these often."

Reviewed Basil Chicken in Coconut Curry Sauce

"Loved this! Hubby loved it too, except he wanted MORE SAUCE. :) I agree that the spices were quite mild for a Thai type dish, so I added about 4-5 T. of curry powder to this recipe. I think adding sliced green onions would be a nice garnish as well (or any other veggie you like). All in all a good recipe. :)"
