I LOVE cooking for my wonderful family! I usually change whatever recipe I am following according to what I have in my kitchen at the time and how low-calorie I am attempting to make it! I've been cooking for 25 years and I am STILL inspired all the time. I would say I am a "foodie", but not a snobby one (I love McD's and BK just as much as I love my precious black truffle oil!).
