    About Me

I'm looking for easy, healthy, tasty recipes. One of my favorite cookbooks is a church cookbook from my friend's parents' church in Minneapolis. It has many recipes that use leftovers and most are very easy to make. Goodtasting, too.
I love to swim, walk (in beautiful areas---rather than on a treadmill), read, and play games such as Scrabble (the main game and the many spin-offs of it), Cribbage, and Rummikub.

    Favorite Foods

Some of my favorite foods are homemade soups-chicken and beef vegetable, reuben sandwiches, and ribeye steak grilled on the Weber.
Just had an amazing sandwich at the Norske Nook. It was a grilled turkey and swiss on on cranberry bread. Yummy!
