Reviewed My Mama Iuliucci's "Don't Skip a Step" Spaghetti Sauce

"Not so much work and at first taste the angels sang! Thank you thank you Mama Iulliucci where ever you are. I forgot the cheese but I tend to prefer it just on top anyway. This sauce is "clean" and fresh and so full of flavor. I browned pork rib tips (no spareribs avail) then tied them up in a cheesecloth to add to the pot, along with the chicken i..."

    About Me

Suggests mentioning pet peeves....people who block the aisle with their cart while they visit or just read the shelves...YOUR NOT THE ONLY PERSON IN THE STORE!

Or the ones that wait in line to pay for things and then act surprised that they have to pay when the cashier gives them a total. WHAT WERE YOU WAITING IN LINE FOR IF NOT TO PAY??

and a minor one...those who rave about recipes here but have modified it so much first time out it's barely the same thing. The occasional substitution is fine bt when you recreate it, your not rating what was posted...just my way of thinking.

On the POSITIVE side..I adore this site and refer to it often and direct others to it all the time. I have friends around the world and when we talk food I can almost always find what they love on here so I can try it too.

I started baking when I was 8, my first project was cream puffs while mom napped and dad was out in the garage. Came out so good I was given the run of the kitchen after that! For my first anniversary I made steamed clams, duck a l'orange, rice pilaf, green beans almondine and Black Forest cake for dessert. A million years later and a husband that likes Chef Boyardee...my cooking is simplified but never boring.

Anything with a vowel in it - well except Vegamite - that stuff is just nasty
