"Really. really good. Freeze leftovers, if any, and retoast in toasted sandwich maker between 2 pieces of baking parchment for a delicious and naughty snack."

"This recipe makes heaps! I used tomatoe puree and carton chicken stock as I did not have the tinned tomatoes and 6 cloves fresh chopped garlic. Also needed to add a little more water towards the end of cooking, Added a few tablespoons of left over cream and some chopped fresh mushrooms (to use up ingredients from the fridge), added these about 8 mi..."

"This shortbread turned out perfectly.Crisp and buttery. Just the type of recipe I was looking for, as I wanted to make petticoat tails, like Walkers Shortbread do. Petticoat tails ( triangle pieces of shortbread) remind me of Christmas as a child at my grandparents beach house in Queensland, Australia. Only changes I made were that I made 3 rounds..."

I was looking for something different for Christmas. Will be fabulous with coffee. Thanks and will make again. I only made half a batch to try but rest assured it..."

    About Me

I love to cook and I love eating delicious fantastic gourmet treats that are made with a true enjoyment and pleasure of sharing with family and friends. I've just got a new 5 burner gas s/s oven and have never enjoyed cooking so much with my new joy provoking toy. I try not to miss Masterchef Australia and MKR is a new favorite show on TV, and I quite admire Nigella Lawsons style. My kitchen is the sort of place thats fun to be with a stereo and TV as well as all the ususal gizmoz. I like to think I can cook better food than you would get at you average restaurant and although I don't mind paying for a great meal nothing is more depressing/annoying than being overcharged and underpresented with quality and taste and value when dining out. I make wonderful pizzas.
