    About Me

    I work in the organ transplant field, I love every moment of it, even when I have to come into work in the middle of the night.

    I am a yoga junkie! I love being active and being outdoors, as well as cuddling on the couch with my husband to a good TV series. I love cycling, kayaking, swimming, hiking,  and camping.

    I have loved to cook from a young age. I am emotionally attached to my food and I feel that it is an extension of myself. Cooking is my creative outlet, as well as my way to show other I care about them. I feel most at home in a kitchen, and I love my husband because he always lets me cook up a storm, then he does ALL the dishes!

    Favorite Foods

    I am a pescitarian, so the only meat I eat is fish. I love all seafood dishes, but especially Scallops, crab and shrimp. I eat mainly vegetarian, so I am always experimenting with my favorite veggie proteins: tempeh and seitan. I love all beans and sprouts.
