I am 27 and a walking contradiction. My style is modern yet I'm extremely old fashioned. I hate going out all the time but go crazy when I'm stuck at home for long periods of time. I can't stand to have a messy house but I can't stand cleaning. I love the summer but hate the heat. I love snow but hate the cold.
My earliest cooking memories are of helping my grandmother prepare dinner when I was 2. I came from a family where all meals had at least 2 courses. That life style has carried over into my adult life. I'm also the daughter of an Italian mother....food is not a necessitity, it's a way of life!
I love all kinds of food. The few things I won't eat are raw fish, warm tuna, anything that still had a head, and anything made with artifical/highly processed ingredients.

"A very close copy-cat of the restaurant's version. I've seen 3 variations of recipes for this dish on the internet. 1 tasted like mayo (YUCK), 1 was WAY too sweet, the other did not provide enough sauce and had too much of the spices. This seems to be a close as you can possibly get."
