    About Me

    My husband and I have been married since 1992 and, after years spent pursuing my career I chose to give it up and became a very proud mother of a little girl born January 2006.
    I enjoy spending time with family and close friends and sharing great food and recipes.
    I like quick and easy recipes and will often try to reduce fat or sugar where ever possible. I do prefer to make my own food from scratch, as then I know all the ingredients that went into its preparation.
    My favorite cookbooks are the Southern Living series.

    Favorite Foods

    Most things vegetarian (although not a vegetarian), Middle Eastern, Mexican, Chinese and South Eastern/South Western USA cuisines. Am also fond of spicy foods!
    I quite enjoy baked goods and love to bake for friends and family.
