"This was really super yummy! I used spatchcock. I didn;t bother making the sauce at the end since we had this with a cheese bowl (entree) and just the birds on their own were enough for dinner. Couldn;t find any white or even green grapes, but the red ones were really nice."

    Reviewed Gnocchi in Rosa Sauce

"Very easy and rich, I found it made a wee bit too much sauce for the amount of gnocchi, but no dramas because I just put it in a jar and froze it for an easy meal when I;m feeling lazy. Thanks for a lovely dinner."

Reviewed Sapa Sui ( Samoan Chop Sui)

"This was quite yummy, although I did need to make a few mods. To start, only used 250g noodles, this was more than enough for 6 serves and used up all the chicken stock. Also only used 1/2 cup soy sauce. Made everything else as written. Total cook time was far less than shown, which is awesome, but may be due to me using canned corn beef which I ha..."

    About Me

Well, I am very passionate about cooking and love discovering new recipes. I love participating in the events since I'm always finding new recipes that I wouldn't have found on my own. My housemates and boyfriend all enjoy our food adventures and I love to leave people positive reviews and nice ish photos.

I work in accounts and love figuring out little puzzles as I go, love to keep my mind active.

I have one cat, he's a Bengal and my boyfriend has a Devon Rex and they both adore each other, they are beautiful babies and I love them both very much.

Here's one of my favourite pictures of them.

I've also been developing an herb garden on my veranda and am growing LOTS of lovely, tasty, fresh herbs to use in my cooking. It's a real treat to just go outside and pick what I need instead of going to a shop to more more than I need and wasting it.

I'm also currently obsessed with freezing everything. Nearly everything that I have reviewed is freezable!

That's about all for now. I hope you enjoy my recipes.

    Favorite Foods

Italian food, to be sure although Thai food is a very close second.
