    About Me

    I currently have the blessing of being a stay-at-home wife, but I keep myself plenty busy volunteering, leading a jr. high youth group, keeping house, and of course cooking! I grew up with a mother and grandmother who are both excellent cooks and bakers, and I developed an interest in cooking very early on. My kitchen creativity has really taken off since I've been married, and I look forward to passing on this cooking legacy to my future children.

    Favorite Foods

    I love all kinds of foods and cuisines and am probably one of the least picky eaters you would ever meet! My father's family is Italian, so I grew up loving hearty foods like lasagna, fresh bread, and soups. I have been expanding into Indian and vegetarian cooking recently, though I am not a vegetarian, and I am becoming more adventurous with my baking. I do not have a favorite dish, as I am constantly experimenting, although I find myself coming back to a vegetable coconut curry dish and killer applesauce muffins often.
