I absolutely love to cook. I've been lurking on RecipeZaar forever, grabbing recipes when I need them, but I figure it's about time to set up my own "cookbook" and share recipes after I've taken so many! :)
I'm mid 20s, and have a husband, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and some fish. All of them (save for the fish, who are kind of confined) gather 'round when I'm cooking, looking for scraps and tastes as I go through my cooking process.
In my own recipes, I tend to be heavy with the deliciousness, lots of spices, butter, etc. I'm definitely looking for any good substitutions to make my recipes a bit healthier!
