    About Me

Hi! I found this site looking for new recipes to cook for my family. I have two wonderful children, a girl and a boy. We all have food allergies, so I try to find recipes that I can adapt into wheat, dairy and sugar free. I love trying to do this, it is so much fun finding new things to cook and experimenting with food is becoming somewhat of an addiction for me, though my time is otherwise occupied!
My daughter loves to help me cook so I also try to get ideas where she can help. She loves stirring cookie dough which is good because I love eating the cookies!! If you would like to contact me my email is
    see you there!!

    Favorite Foods

The going favourite around here would probably be the honey macadamia coconut curry I made up. It's great with any kind of meat, seafood or tofu and veges. I'd post the recipe but I have no idea what quantities I use. It's very quick to make too. Of course the regular favs are roast pork, beef or lamb. I find it so easy to cook too, as I just shove the meat, potatoes, pumpkin and kumera in the pan or oven and leave it to do its thing, then cook the veges. We cook so many things, but most of them are just adaptions of recipes found on this website, so there's no use adding them on there!
