    Reviewed Irish Cream Chocolate Mousse Pie

    "Sorry but we did not care for this at all. Made as directed & it turned out stiff, because of the gelatin I'm sure.Mousse should be fluffy & lite.Being concerned the kids would get into it was another downside. The alcolhol flavor was toooo strong for our taste. Giving it 3 stars for ease of preparation."

    "the directions need some attention.(I do wish chef's would proof read their work) here's how I made it; cooked the 1st 4 ing.'s together,added the remaining 9 & simmered 1/2 hr. we don't have 6 oz. cans of tomato sauce in this neck of the woods, I did use a 6oz. can of tom. paste. This turned out a tad sweet for our taste, not really a chili ta..."

    Greetings from God's country, the beautiful state of Oregon. We have very cold winters here so I stay indoors & cook alot in the winter months. I love trying out new recipes. Thankfully my dear husband is game for anything, he'll eat it even if it turns out bad. Like the chicken & dumplings that turned out to be chicken & dumpling soup!!!
    I'm 58 yrs. old & have been in the kitchen for many years & find RecipeZaar my favorite cookbook, don't know how I got along without it.
