    About Me

I am a wife and mother to two very young kids. My son was born in 2008 and my daughter in 2010. I am a stay at home mom and I do my best to keep my family happy and healthy. I try to make food that is good for the body and delightful for the tastebuds. I consider it a great resposibilty to influence the way my kids think about food. Perhaps if I do it right then they will not have to struggle with their weight as they get older, and they may appreciate fresh produce and homemade foods as opposed to processed foods. That being said I have nothing against indulging in treats every once and a while, I just want to practice resposible snacking :o)
