Reviewed Best Bok Choy
"It was a winner. I added some left over grilled chicken breast and substituted fish sauce for Teriyaki sauce. Hubby loved it too!! We will most certainly have that again. I love that our farmers market has fresh Bok Choy now that makes even tastier :)"

I'd rather cook at home than go out to eat. I love to cook and try new recipes.
I enjoy reading cookbooks and surfing the web for just the perfect recipes.
I want to share my recipes and love for cooking with my grandsons...who knows maybe one of them will be an Iron Chef someday
.
I love making Cavatini for my husband, it is his favorite. I'm most famous for my dessert called Fat Boys. It's chocolatey and ooohhh so good!
My favorite restaurant is a little diner called Cascones in the River Market area of Kansas City. It's charming and has great breakfasts and really gooooddd fried chicken!
