Reviewed Non-Dairy Cream of Mushroom Soup Substitute

"Fantastic! Used it for a chicken and stuffing casserole. I used about 1/4 cup more milk though so I'd have enough and it still came out tasting great!"

"Non-Dairy Cream of Mushroom Soup Substitute

Does anyone know how long this lasts for after cooking? I'm wondering if I can make it in the morning or day before and use it in the recipe later.

    Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving!

Reviewed New England Clam Chowder (Dairy-Free and Low-Fat)

"Amazing! I used almond milk though and clam stock along with the juice from one of the clams. When it was done cooking I added a little flour to thicken and let it sit for 20 min. I put it in sourdough bread bowels and loved it!"
