Reviewed Wild Rice and Oyster Casserole

"Im going to go ahead and bring this review topic back to the RECIPE. I love this casserole. I have made it every thanksgiving and christmas for a couple years now. You can make it as spicy hot or mild as you want depending on how much heat you prefer. The first time i made it I used texas pete hot sauce but every time ever since Ive used tabasco and it comes out fine. Also, I've found that doubing up on the rice and sauce but not on the oysters doesnt take away from the dish at all. Great recipe! really really easy!
