"This was great and can be customized easily. I used half ice water half whipping cream, then added a little cocoa powder, vanilla, and stevia. Yum!!"

Reviewed Garlic Parmesan Flax Seed Crackers - Low Carb!
"Great recipe - thank you! I followed the recipe exactly except I used half garlic powder and half onion powder, and I added a pinch of cayenne pepper for a little kick. Just had some with herb and garlic cream cheese and it was perfect - did not break or anything. Nice and filling too. I will be making this again."

Reviewed Low Carb Almond Cookies
"These were excellent - nice and flakey and light. They were easy to make as well. The only comment I have is that the carb count cannot be right, as splenda and almonds do have some carbs."

I am a 35 year old public servant who loves to try new recipes. Generally these are also sample by my little dog as well. My favourite thing is experiemental cooking. I also like the challenge of use-it-up cooking - that is, using up items before they go bad. This forces you to get creative and the results are (almost!) always surprsingly good. I have a particular interest in low-glycemic and vegetarian recipes for health reasons.
