    About Me

    Hi

As a person with allergies, I have taken to eating as a "nutritarian", a word coined by Dr Fuhrman's Eat to Live book.

I largely eat all fruits, all vegetables, all fresh herbs, spices, all nuts, all beans, and all non-gluten grains except rice. Occasionally, as in 0-4 x a week, I will eat fish, and non-cow or pork-based meat/poultry.

I am dairy free, gluten free, alcohol free and symptom free!

People often think, how can I eat like that - but I feel great, I normally do not have any cravings, my weight is down, I have lots of energy, etc. And I move and look great for a 50 year old!
