I live in N. Az.(no it's not hot here!) I'm a stay at home mom who loves to cook and bake. I really love desserts. I enjoy personalizing recipes I come across. I think of it as my ministry to my family. I'd have to say I love to watch Alton Brown on Food Network as well as many other shows. I feel he is the best teacher though.
Anything Mexican, Italian. I am Mexican but was raised Italian by my adopted dad. My mother-in-law taught me a lot re: Mexican food. When done right these are the two most flavorful styles I think.
