    About Me

I started cooking for myself when I was 11, so I've been cooking for 29 years. I watched cooking shows on TV and my favourite was Martin Yan in San Francisco. So, I cooked Chinese first, then Thai, then Southeast Asian and Japanese. Then I jumped over to Italian and Mediterranean. Having expatriated to Britain, I've taken up roasts of all sorts. I love Jamie Oliver's cooking style the best, but I also like Gordon Ramsay's. Jamie's is often a quick, easy and healthy style, so he's great for day to day cooking.
