Reviewed Sloppy Jose with Chorizo, Charred Poblanos and Avocado Crema

"Made this tonight and my husband and I loved it! The avocado crema is so delicious and I am for sure going to put it on lots of other stuff. I used half ground beef and half chorizo and it turned out yummy and not too heavy. Tip: add the lime a little at a time because I only used half a lime and it was almost too limey. I will definitely make thi"

Reviewed Best Ever Banana Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting

"I wish I could give this 10 stars it is that good!!!!! I made 2 8x8 cakes and then 8 cupcakes to finish off the batter. I cut back the sugar to 1 cup and it was still plenty sweet enough. I sent one of the cakes to work with my husband and he said that it was gone so fast. I didn't have any walnuts, but if you can add them because it would make the..."

"These are fabulous!! My husband loved them so much and wants me to make them again soon. I didn't have any fresh garlic so I used some garlic powder instead, but it still was great. Make sure you toss the oil and not just pour it over them. Definitely will make again!"

"These are fantastic!!!!! I usually make a creamy chicken enchiladas using sour cream and cream of mushroom soup, but these are so much better. My husband and I don't feel bad after eating these because they are way healthier. I followed the directions as it is, but I did leave out the olives since I didn't have any and added a can of green chiles. ..."

    Reviewed Award Winning Chili

"AMAZING! I made this last night and it turned out so good. It was the first time I made chili and I couldn't believe how easy it was. I actually challenged my dad in a chili cook off this Christmas :) I added some garlic like some other reviews said and didn't add in the cayenne pepper and it was great. I forgot to add in the cocoa, but I won't for..."

    About Me

I LOVE to bake! I love it even more when I don't have to clean up afterwards. When I cook something, especially a traditional recipe like green bean casserole, I like to find that one ingredient that makes it go BAM!

    Favorite Foods

I am famous for my Runzas. They are a cabbage and meat mixture all wrapped up in dough. So delicious! I love to bake cookies, cupcakes, and cakes. You can be so creative with them so it makes making them so much fun. I love Texas Roadhouse. Their rolls are to die for.
