Reviewed New York-Style Soft Pretzels
"I made these this afternoon. When I boiled them, they looked like nothing on earth, and I almost wanted to throw them away right then and there. But magic happened in the oven, and within half an hour of pulling them out, they were gone! Soooo good!"

Hello Everybody!
I have a confession to make: I have always told myself that cooking is boring, and I hate it! :O (I know what you're thinking, "kick her off the site", right?)
But lately, I've had several wild successes baking bread, so I figure it's time to branch out. Also, I really like the idea of knowing exactly what goes into my food. As you can see from my profile photo, I'm a ballet dancer, so I have to be careful what I put in my body. I need to get adiquate nutrition for my activity level, without a bunch of extra junk.
So, off I go on a new adventure!
