I LOVE cheese, and any recipe dishes which are "cheesy." I LOVE Mexican, Tex Mex, Southwest, spicy and hot cuisine. I also love Italian food and old-fashioned Southern-style cooking.
I HATE liver and gizzards -- or any organ meat for that matter. I will not eat any wild game. Many have tried to disguise venison in dishes, claiming I won't know the difference. I DO know the difference! I don't like raisins or coconut, either. I could add to the list, but these are the most important dislikes to me.
