Reviewed Slow Cooked Korean-Style Short Rib Soup

"This is an excellent recipe. I cooked them on a gas grill and now wish I had a charcoal grill to make them even yummier like the are in Toronto restaurants. Give them about one minute to char and 3o seconds on the second side for medium rare, tender, tasty ribs.""

Reviewed Beef Ribs (Pressure Cooker and BBQ)

"Excellent recipe with one tiny exception. I find that adding paprika to the meat causes the paprika to burn and turn black. I will add it to the sauce next time.
I cook the meat longer as well to help melt more fat, about 16 minutes."

    About Me

I just bought my pressure cooker and love the speed in which it cooks.  I teach courses in Ethnic Cousine and will be showing everybody how to do Ribs next month.

Recipies like this are difficult to obtain as there was no book included with my cooker.
