    Reviewed Pork Roast With Meyer Lemon Glaze

    "This glaze was fabulous on boneless pork loin chops... I cooked the chops in a heavy cast iron pan. I then made the glaze in the skiddle and returned the chops to the pan. Absolutely fabulous!"

    Many many interests.....cooking, gardening, harvesting what I grow, eating what I cook, And other non food interests:  love dogs - especially greyhounds.  Almost 3 years ago I started learning to play the cello.  Isn't it funny that when I had the time and the energy to play, I didn't want to but now that I want to play and practise, I don't have the energy!  I am a vocational counselor, a mother, a daughter, aunt, girlfriend, a transplant from Maryland to Pennsylvania with family in Texas.  whew!Tongue out
