    Reviewed Healthy Honey Oatmeal Cookies

"These are excellent cookies! Like others, I cut the brown sugar in half. I doubled this recipe and only ended up with 38 cookies. I used a tablespoon to scoop them out so I don't think they were too big... I can't imagine getting 30 cookies without doubling the batch! I also replaced 1 T of butter with flax meal. I didn't add anything extra this t..."

    Reviewed Pan-Roasted Broccoli

"Great recipe and easy to make! I just bought a head of broccoli at the grocery and used that. Worked wonderfully! I have always been a picky eater and never a fan of broccoli but my husband and I gobbled this up!"

Reviewed Best Cream of Broccoli Soup

"Wow! I was really skeptical of this when preparing it. With no spices and the way it looked, I didn't see how it could taste pleasant. I was very surprised! Like another person suggested, I added 1T soy sauce and I threw in cheddar cheese instead of Velveeta. I topped it off with pepper and yum! I can't wait to have it for lunch this week!"

    Reviewed Blueberry-Oatmeal Muffins

"I don't really like blueberries but my husband does. I made one muffin plain and put blueberries in the rest. They're awesome! So easy to make, and smell so good coming out of the oven. The yogurt I had was a 6oz cup but it still seemed to work. Will definitely make these again!"

"I made this for Thanksgiving. It was AMAZING so I'm making it again for Christmas and I can't wait!!"

    Reviewed Spicy Rice and Beans

"This was SOOO good! However, I had to change it a little. I used 1 1/2 tsp of chili powder, guessed at the (dried) cilantro and (dried) parsley, bouillon cubes, 1 cup of chopped canned whole tomatoes, and 1/4 of a large white onion. Also, I don't know what my problem is with recipes and brown rice, but I had to add an additional cup of water and co..."

Reviewed Stove Top Mac-N-Cheese by Alton Brown

"I made a double batch of this with bow-tie pasta, doing everything as called for with the exception of using two 8 oz bags of cheese (4 oz less than called for) and everyone thought the dish was way too salty. Next time I'll either half the salt or do away with completely (and I did use Kosher). My mom thought it was too cheesy, but I disagree. My..."
