"Loved this!! Haven't had a great steak marinade in a while so this was really great. I made 2 changes because I didnt have exact ingredients on hand. I used dried garlic (1tsp) not fresh and I didn't have the McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning so I improvised with Emeril's Original Essence spice. Was amazing. Next time I'll try with the recommend..."

I used Italian basil as that was all I had and it was fresh out of the garden and I used 1 jalapeno, no seeds, as I couldnt find the Thai Chili peppers. I did double the amount of basil and would not seed the jalapeno next time as we would have liked a bit more he..."

    About Me

I'm a wife, photographer and Mom to 2 long-hair doxie furkids! I love to cook and try new recipes. I love food but I also love to feed people and have them enjoy my cooking. I like to have small cooking/dinner parties where friends come to learn to cook a specific meal or teach me a new skill and then we sit around the table and enjoy the fruits of our labor!  Most recently I had a pasta night and a good friend and expert chef came to teach me how to make pasta. We cooked and cooked and then enjoyed a great meal of noodles!

Well, you asked so my biggest pet peeve are people who don't give you a thank you wave in traffic after giving them the right of way or letting them in your lane! Ugh.

    Favorite Foods

I love to grill and love to make my Mom's lasagna! I also love to cook Indian and Asian food.l
