    Reviewed Tomatoes Rockefeller

"This recipe is very easy and the flavors of the tomato with the spinach shine through the very crunchy panko crust. The tomato is especially good since it really just warms through without getting mushy, and you could make it a tasty lunch with bread and a little olive oil dip."

Reviewed Butternut Squash Ravioli With Sage Brown Butter Sauce

"The flavor combinations are really good, and I like that the filling doesn't need an egg. Just make sure to cook down the filling long enough so it's easy to spoon into the pasta dough."

    Reviewed Ultimate Tempura Batter

"This was a very good recipe, and for some reason I think mixing it up with a chopstick makes a difference. Maybe since you have to stir harder to get the egg yolk to combine then it gets more air into it. The batter was light and crisp and not at all greasy."

Reviewed Crock Pot Curry (Aloo Rajma)

"If you love really flavorful, hot food, this is the recipe for you. Between the heat of the cayenne and the intensity of the curry and cardamom, you'll have one, really good and spicy dish. Make sure to serve with plenty of rice."

Reviewed Cranberry Strawberry Sauce - Thanksgiving Christmas

"The only thing I enjoyed more than making and photographing this recipe was eating it. The
strawberries added just the right amount of sweetness without becoming too strawberryish. I ate it with some spicy chicken and was great."
