Reviewed Simply German Potato Salad
"My husband lived in the Germany for a few years and he loved the cuisine when he was there. Unfortunately, I have never been so I have not been able to create anything similar. At best, I could buy the mustard online. He saw your recipe and loved it! Thanks for sharing your recipe."

Reviewed Name This Dish Sundae
"I would call it "Candy Store Sundae" It doesn't have everything but the kitchen sink in there but close...it has the contents of the candy store in it.
I think it's perfect for candy, peanut, and ice cream lovers. You don't have to decide which sweet, just have all of them. If you are worried about the calories, don't even read the recipe.

I took cooking lessons when I was younger and worked for 10 years in the restaurant industry. After a tornado and a few car accidents, I decided I needed something less physical to do. So I worked with a university system under several positions, most recently a librarian. I have recently left that job because my health was not up to working full time.
I am currently trying to recover. I do have the energy now to cook so I am documenting what I cook on my blog, a cookbook I am writing, and entering cooking contests. I don't know how successful I will be at any of that but it helps me think less of my poor health and more of what I can do.
I love spicy foods. They don't always love me. My favorite dish to eat is probably my husbands tacos or maybe his rosemary chicken. My favorite food to cook is probably lasagna or spaghetti. Its the most frequent. But, what I really love to do is experiment in the kitchen. I just need someone game to try it. My husband has the same taste in food so he usually does. :)
I live in a rural area so we don't have huge restaurant choices here. I do love visiting the Olive Garden whenever I can. I apsire to visit all the pasta restaurants that were featured in a special on tv.
