    About Me

    I am a graphic artist,and am just graduated from college with a degree in Interactive Media/Web Design. I love cooking... Not so much baking though. I am 55 and just starting to live... and i have a 21 year old son and I am happily married of 30 yrs. I love to cook..... It's a passion of mine when I get the time. I have 4 cats: Zabu; Bosley;Lizzy;Lady and a golden retriever (11) named Chase. He loves my cooking.. :).. My specialty cooking is Comfort Foods. My parents were from West Virginia and my mother taught me to cook since I was 6yrs. old. Pinto Beans and buttermilk cornbread were on the table every day.  I love soups, and pasta dishes. I cook Italian fairly well and probably my best dish: Sausage Gravy and Buttermilk Biscuits. People ask me to make them some and take it to their families in New York!.. I've won numerous trophies for my rib's and sauce. I make a mean pizza. and so many other things.. It makes me feel so complete when I share my cooking with others and I get the "ummm .. this is soooo gooood".  It's worth every minute It took me to cook it.

    Favorite Foods

    steak, LOBSTER, CRAB , just about any seafood, but I don't like fish for some reason except orange rouphy and Talipia... hmmmm
    fruit, itallian food, hungarian, polish, chinese, japanese, mongolian... and lots more.

    I am famous for making Cabbage Rolls.
    4 generations, my friends get puppy eyes when they know I'm making them, so 1/2 of them get given away. So I have to make a lot of cabbage rolls. I cook very good Italian food also. No matter what it is. I'm always trying new dishes. One more thing I am extreme known for, where my friends have me make them some and take on their vacations even is my sausage gravy and biscuits. Ummm Good. I'll have to put that recipe on here soon.
    My favorite dishes to make is cabbage rolls and Lasagna, Prime Rib, just about anything.

    My favorite restaurant.. I guess if I was to choose to go out and eat fancy, it would Miorka's in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. I think I spelled that right. Fancy and expensive, but you get alot of food on your plate, and it's delicious.
    Medium Price: Carabba's Italian. they are pretty good too.
