    About Me

Having finally put down roots in Canada, I have not lost my travelling taste buds. My husband is French, my children are American, Canadian, and French, and I have spent years and years in Asia, the Middle East, and the Western U.S. We LOVE to eat, to experiment, to spend time together in the kitchen -- and at the table, with friends, plenty of stimulating conversation, and as much noise as possible. Toronto is a great city for this, with so much diversity and so many great "ethnic" shops. I especially love Iranian food.

    Favorite Foods

Experimenting with South Indian at the moment as my husband has a passionate need for extreme spice.
I need ideas for low-g.i., diabetic and wheat-free meals and menus!
