    Favorite Foods

I love to make salmon. One day I will get around to posting my recipe for salmon. I am famous in my family for my sweet potato casserole. My favorite restaurant is Outback steakhouse but not for their steak. I love their salmon with remoulade sauce. I am still looking for a great remoulade recipe.
3/6/07...Lately I am in love with good vegetarian recipes but still don't care for tofu or immitation meat. I would much rather use a good portobello mushroom for the texture.
