    About Me

FrownI wish the "powers that be" would realize that NOT EVERYBODY has access to high-speed internet. Some of us are reduced to lower speeds. I use a Sprint air card and it could be worse.....I could have to use dial-up. It is so frustrating when all of the background "hogs", i.e., ads, shopping sites, surveys, etc. are all on a rant and you can't even get the site to work.  In order to save my sanity (and my hair from all the pulling), I've started putting recipes that I want to re-use into word processing documents.  It certainly has taken all of the fun out of the old Recipezaar.  Call me old-fashioned and grumpy, but I don't come here to shop, give surveys or any of that other nonsense.  I come here to find recipes, advice, and inspiration from other foodies.
