    Uhh.. I really like bananas. And mangoes and oranges and kiwis and apricots and cauliflower and broccoli and spaghetti squash and bananas and apples and pears and nectarines and bananas and peaches and miso and spinach and blueberries raspberries strawberries and bananas.....

    Favorite Foods

    FRUITS!! (Bananas, mangoes, blueberries, apples, cherries, other berries, kiwi, apricots, oranges, grapefruits, grapes, dragonfruit, chikoo (sapodilla), pineapple, nectarines, peaches, plums, plumcots, pears, watermelon, honeydew.... just to name a few)

    I also like some veggies, with cauliflower, broccoli, spaghetti squash, lettuce, spinach, and carrots at the top of the list.

    I love making green smoothies.

    I love tofu.

    Soy and almond milk is great. 

    I do like yogurt.

    Miso is amazing.

    Brown and wild rice are treats in my salads.

    Porridge with fruit is a daily lunch (oat bran being the fave)

    Oh, did I mention cocoa powder.

    Psyllium husks are great too.
