    I am in my late 40s, married 26 years and have a teenage daughter. I work as an admin at FedEx. My family and I love to travel (Punta Cana was out last trip in August), I enjoy trying out new restaurants and cooking up new dishes. I like the Rachel Ray cookbooks and LOVE Recipezaar!

    Favorite Foods

    My favorite food is shrimp. I also like pizza, lasagna, chicken marsala, burritos, Thai food and a good filet mignon now and then. Some of my favorite restaurants are Otani's, The Cheesecake Factory, Tres Portrillos, Chili's and Macaroni Grill. My favorite at home dish is Chicken Lo Mein, Recipe #128634, by Recipezaar Chef peacefulnightdove. It's GREAT!
