    "I use this all the time. It's my favorite dessert. I use a 10" pie plate and serve it with fresh sweetened whipped creme in wedges. It's the same recipe my mom used when I was growing up."

    Reviewed Lemon Profiteroles

    "I followed the lemon creme recipe to a tee. It didn't get thick at all. I added some whipped egg white to thicken it. I used a pate chou recipe for the profiteroles and they came out grand. My friends loved them.
