The quails were all shot during hunting season and they required less time in the oven due to being smaller. I live in Malta and the quails caught here are smaller then those in America. "Very easy to follow and extremely tasty. I did this for my husband's birthday and he loved it. The only difference that I made was for the frosting as I forgot to buy heavy cream...I had a can of plain yoghurt in hand and used it instead of the cream. It's healthier and tastes wonderfully good just the same."

Hello there,
I got married on 13th July 2012 and I enjoy making my husband happy with food
I try to create various recipes so that our eating and my cooking will not be boring and at the same time I try to keep it as healthy as possible. If it wasn't for food.com, my goals would not be possible as I browse for new recipes everyday according to which food I have at home.
I am from Malta (Europe) and I planning on submitting some traditional Maltese food which is delicious. I somehow resembles Italian food but with a twist.
I am looking forward in joing this lovely community.
