Reviewed Chinese Dumplings
"This recipe was delicious!! My six year old said, "They taste better than the restaurant!" Thank you for sharing this! I liked that the recipe was authentic! The dough turned out spectacular! Keep the flour around because it does get sticky when you roll it out! It yields a huge batch so I set aside half to make tomorrow night! YUM!"

I have developed a love for cooking over the last few years. Just 10 years ago I didn't even know how to fry burger for tacos! I am proud that I went from take-out and microwave dinners to being able to make healthy and delicious food for my family! Now I can whip up a tasty meal flyin by the seat of my pants with whatever I have on hand!
When my husband sings my praise over a home cooked meal...
When my ten months old eats more food than all of us and he is smiling ear to ear...
When my 5 year old says, "This is awesome! You should have your own cooking show! THIS IS THE BEST FOOD I EVER ATE!"
...I know I have done somethin' right!
My favorite foods involove good cheese and good bread! I am a confessed carboholic! I love pasta dishes, dishes with rice and grains! The more the better!
My families favorite dishes I make: homemade mac and cheese with hotdogs cooked in, my perfect pancakes, venison chops and noodles in a cream sauce and of course...any sweets I bake up!
My favorite restaurant is a local gem called Sam's Bistro, in Whitehall, Michigan. Sam is an excellent chef! He makes shwarma, too die for hummus and the best dang White Gourmet (chicken) pizza you will ever taste!

"This recipe is simple and delicious! I use Bob's Red Mill Seven Grain Hot Cereal mix in all of my pancake recipes. This adds fiber, whole grain and heartiness! My ten month old scarfs down these cakes, and his fussy older brother can't resist them either!
