    Reviewed Zucchini Pancakes

"I made these tonight. My husband and I both have wheat allergy/Celiac issues, so I substituted gluten free pancake mix for the flour and baking powder. They came out perfectly and tasted delicious! This is a keeper!"

    Reviewed Halloween Brain Dip

Having not seen the episode, they weren't quite enamoured of the name, but they came around when they tasted it! This has within a day become standard fare at my house.

    About Me

Learned to cook before I was 5 at my mother's side.  I am over half a century old now.  My daughter caught the passion and went to a Le Cordon Bleu school.  So I guess you could say we have a family tradition of culinary art.
