Reviewed Vegan Gravy
"I followed this recipe, but at the end it seemed a bit salty. I added some ginger soy for a dash of flavor and a 1/4 tsp of sugar to neutralize it and it came out PERFECT. Even in my meat eating days, probably one of the best gravys I've had. You really can take this base recipe and make it your own. I recommend shitake!"

Well I'm a 3 yr going vegan, just turned from vegetarian, and have a vast pallet for exotic flavors and new ways to make trashy tastes. I usually drink while i cook which most would fight dangerous, but I fight I come up with the best recipes this way. I also cook with my gf who tends to know a lot more about skill, as I have more of a "raw" cooking ability when it comes to flavors.
